FALL PATIO REVAMP WITH SERENA & LILY
I have very exciting news for those of you in Atlanta (or if you are visiting any time soon!!) Serena & Lily just opened their first store in the South! And I am over the moon that they choose Atlanta, because now I can go visit anytime I want. I have always loved their catalogs and product offering, but it is so nice to experience the products in real life too. It is nice to see the scale, the amazing quality and basically just take in all of the goodness they have to offer. They even have a design studio within the store to sit down and plan each piece or space out. So good. This is my type of candy shop.
They are known for their classic swings, and I love that they show them in an indoor living room setting. If/When I have the space to do this, it will happen.
The store is stunning, but they do encourage you to take things off the shelf, mix and match and create your own perfect moments. I also have to say that this display in particular has my creativity running for our new addition. This could be some major mudroom inspo.
After touring the showroom located in the Historic Westside Provisions area, I felt inspired to bring some of that feel back home with a little Fall patio refresh. Wanting to incorporate some cozy textures and neutral elements, I mixed in a few new pillows as well as some accessories to mix in with our existing black and white patio.

With the weather finally cooling down and the crisp Fall nights ahead, I am excited to curl up down here with the cozy pillows and some friends and just relax. And now that we have the movie screen set up on the top deck for a few upcoming get togethers, this just officially became the grown ups patio!
I hope you all had a great weekend. And if you are in the area, you really should go and check out the new Serena & Lily store now that they are officially open!

Hi Kristin, I love all your posts, thanks so much for sharing! We live in Atlanta too and I’m looking forward to visiting Serena & Lily soon. I love the stain color of your deck/patio. Can you please share with us the brand and name/number of it!? Thanks so much!
Leslie
Hi Leslie! Thank you!! The deck is composite pre-finished boards.. sorry I can’t give you the stain color!!
Hi Kristin! I’ve been a long-time lover of your patio – and now we’re getting ready to get new outdoor dining chairs and I’m strongly considering the S chairs. How have yours held up (cracking-wise) in the Atlanta sun? We’re in Dallas and the dining portion of our patio is uncovered. Just wondering if you’ve had any huge issues! Thank you!
They have been outside for about 5 years now, after 5 years of use indoors. We just had a 3 crack this winter. But honestly I think after a decade of use (& little kids rocking the backs!) they held up really well. These were knockoffs that I purchased in a buy one get one sale so I was thrilled they lasted that long!!
