SUMMER HOME TOUR

I am excited to once again be a part of the Blogger Stylin’ Home Tour hosted by Lindsay from The White Buffalo Styling Co. And if you are stopping by after Michael’s tour from Inspired by Charm, welcome!!

We are at the pool nearly everyday and I truly think my daughter is part fish. She loves to swim, so there is always a towel & swimsuit drip drying somewhere in the house (usually on the floor if I am being honest!). And I may have stalked H&M to snag this darling swimsuit for my little lady… It sold out almost immediately, but I had to get it as it is in my favorite spotted print. Very Kate Spade, no?!
Speaking of Kate Spade, here is my little’s newish room which was KS inspired. I redid her space at the beginning of the year & we are still adding fun little elements as we find them. My favorite thing at the moment is that the right side of her closet is full of freshly pressed school uniforms that I don’t have to iron for two months!! { Insert hand waving emoji here! } I love the ease of uniforms, but those pleats! They wear me out!!

I have tried locating the hamper online, but to no avail.

And I have yet to tire of these antelope walls. They still make me smile every. single. day.

We are still loving our kitchen… and can not imagine how we ever made a meal in here previously with our 36″ or so of counter space. The additional counters and storage have really improved our way of living. And this banquette area became Kindergarten homework central this past year.

but our table currently looks like this! lol

We are party prepping for C’s 6th Birthday Party & decided to attempt a DIY Watermelon Piñata. I am 3/4 of the way done and completely understand and appreciate the cost of custom piñatas on Etsy now!! These things are time consuming! But at least it will be darling…
We’ll be transforming our Bocce Court (for the party only!) and I am looking forward to seeing this space all dressed up in bright colors for the big party! But adore the classic black and white stripes for the rest of the year.

And finally on our Summer to do list is building a new outdoor dining table. We have already picked up all of the lumber, so if the weather cooperates we should be eating at that table pretty soon!

May I ask where you got the two bright colored pictures above the console in your master bedroom. Unique and beautiful!
They are from Minted, by one of my favorite artists Kristi Kohut aka Hapiart.
