Christmas in July

Back in July, I had the fun opportunity to head to NYC for a few days to be a part of a media event for The Home Depot.  They were debuting a lot of their new items for the holidays including decorations, trees & even the latest in tools. I was there sharing how I have worked with them in the past helping to create new and innovative content using their products.  I recreated a few of their own DIY holiday projects as well, so I was using my trusty jigsaw to create a 36″ wide snow flake  marquee light when it was roughly 99 degrees outside. #howdidyouspendyoursummer 🙂

Along with sharing my relationship with The Home Depot to media outlets, I also sat down with the crew at THD to share some of my favorite tips & traditions for the holidays.  You can see the interview here!

Now I am off to start making cookies with my little & eager helper!  I am testing out a few new recipes today… if they are a success I’ll let you know!!
