You may have noticed the site is a little different.  It is transitioning to a newer more responsive design this week, so please excuse the fact that things might be shifting around the next few days.  My goal was to stay up late & install it all at once, but let’s face it… with two kids, a dog & a husband I really need my sleep!  So the new site will be happening in stages.
I announced on Instagram last week that I will be one of the three participants in this years Taylor Burke Home Style It Challenge!!  This challenge mostly makes me excited because Julianne Taylor, founder of Taylor Burke Home is just about the sweetest person on earth & I could literally move into her catalog (& new showroom at ADAC!!) I can’t wait to be able to style one of her gorgeous ottomans along with products from Addison Weeks, Mitchell Black, Lacefield Designs for TBH & Times Two Design.  So I am busy making a few selections & prepping to vamp up one of our spaces just a little bit more.  I can’t wait to see what Lisa Mende & Kristin from Bliss at Home will bring to their designs as well!
I also started Christmas shopping this weekend!  Yes, I know it is only October… but I have found that things run much smoother when I start a few months in advance & simply tuck my finds away.  Otherwise I would be running around on the 24th & there would be a Chia Pet & a Snuggie from the drug store under the tree.  But I had to share a find for those of you with little ladies of your own who happen to love American Girl Dolls (or similar sized 18″ dolls).  Target has the find of a lifetime if you are looking to add stylish dining set into your dolls (& littles) lives…  It is a little White Tulip Dining Table with two Pink Ghost Chairs!  It is virtually like our breakfast banquette was shrunk into mini size.  Unfortunately, I have not seen the set online, but if you head to the store’s toy department & look in the Our Generation doll section hopefully it will be there.  It was only $29 something & crazy cute.  I know my little girl  will be over the moon!
