Everything’s Coming Up Rose Gold

Everything’s coming up Rose Gold these days.  It is a great transition metal as it is not as bright as a true cold or copper, but somewhere right in between.  While it has been popping up for the past year in jewelry & decor, I credit Apple & their new iPhone for making Rose Gold mainstream.  I mean the guy using the phone in the commercial seems pretty put together to me! 🙂 

Above are just a few Rose-y hued metallic accents that have me excited about this new trend, as well as a few on trend items from Stella & Dot, selected by stylist Kristen Fine.  Btw, the bracelet above was co designed by Cobie Smulders (from the hilarious show How I met Your Mother) & the net proceeds go to the Noreen Fraser Foundation which supports women’s cancer research.  Love a purchase with a purpose.
