A White (& Pink) Christmas

Considering we just finished our new living room a few months back, it became a quick task to try and determine Christmas decorations for the new space. We have always had a fake tree & garlands in the past, but this year we decided to add a little fresh greenery & florals into the space. And the best thing was they appeared right on our front doorstep thanks to ProFlowers.com. Seriously nothing better than having your decorations just show up on a cold dreary day.
Wanting to keep things simple this year, I used items from the White Christmas Collection. The long fresh garland casually draped over my gridded wall came adorned with silver ornaments & with seasonal smells. Something that only comes in candle form around this house! Fresh Greenery really does smell amazingβ¦ The perfectly scaled, console friendly Christmas Tree fit perfectly in my vintage ice bucket. It comes with additional lights & ornaments to add if you’d like, but againβ¦ I’m embracing the green this year so I choose to leave them off.

Fresh florals always make a room in my opinion, and these white tulips with fresh pine were the perfect addition to the coffee table. They are simple & elegant, especially in their mercury glass vase. Just look at those beautiful blooms!

I also gave our bar cart the festive touch by adding a little wintery fur & lovely arrangement of Fresh Christmas Greens. These make great centerpieces on a table, but I decided to go for the unexpected.

I am so pleased we mixed in some fresh greenery this year & plan to continue this tradition in the future. Not sure I am brave enough to do a tree though⦠besides, what would I do with our two full sized versions in the attic?!! HA
Any of these would be a beautiful addition to any home decor & would be an amazing gift for those family members who love the season, but aren’t so keen on the decorating part. Can you imagine the smile on their face having a beautiful fresh wreath delivered to their door?! An unexpected and well thought gift for sure. And speaking of wreathsβ¦ I’ll be sharing mine next week!

The fresh garland is beautiful. I absolutely love that idea! xo
Ok, how do I talk David into a pink rug for the living room? Or maybe this one needs to go in little miss' nursery… although how do I part with the lovely Lulu + Georgia rug in there now?! #ineedallthepinkrugs
